Crisp Crack Clap or simply Crisp Crack is the name and reference to a popular Twitch clip of Ben cracking open a can of soda while Jones was playing Dragon's Dogma during EZX Digital '21. Due to the crisp audio quality of the crack, the clip and audio file became a big part of the conversation among the Allies and Chat throughout EZX Digital '21 and beyond.

Origins

On the third day of EZX Digital '21, Jones was scheduled to play Dragon's Dogma while Ben and Isla provided commentary. In the middle of the playthrough, a clip of Ben cracking open a can of soda while Jones was saying, "Wait a minute, can I not get through here?" quickly became popular in Chat.

"Crisp Crack Clap" continued into the next day during the Isla and Don Hit the Stream Mario Maker 2 race alongside Huber and Blood on commentary. Isla did a live impromptu remix of the audio sample adding a drum beat and synths on top of it. The original clip and Isla remix acted as a post-stream celebration after they reached their fundraising goal during the Tiermaker EZX Digital '21 finale.

This clip would live on in a remix submitted by community member Kévin Gillet in Ben's next appearance on the Community Showcase. Isla also featured the infamous clip in the EZX bonus Isla Synth Stream.
