Everybody Adores Styx refers to a popular instance of foul play that occurred on the Easy Allies Podcast. It became a popular meme shortly after.

Origin

This happened on episode 51 of the Easy Allies Podcast, and centers around a bet made the previous episode. The bet was: How many words will be in the most recent comment of the most recent video (posted to Focus Home Interactive's official YouTube page) for Styx: Shards of Darkness?

The winning comment, resulting controversy, and aftermath was discussed and carried over into episode 53 of the Easy Allies Podcast. The comment, shown below, spells out "Easy Allies LR" when you take the first letter of each word.

"Everybody Adores Styx, You Always Love Lots If Everyone Seeks Launch Reveals."
