The Dark Pictures Anthology is a series of survival horror / interactive drama games developed by Supermassive Games that the Allies have streamed full playthroughs of upon their release.
For the in-person streams, each Ally has taken control of a different character and makes individual choices that impacts the overall narrative and survival of each character.
History[]
The first stream occurred in The Studio upon the first game, Man of Medan's release. Given Supermassive Game's pedigree with prior games like Until Dawn and Hidden Agenda, the Allies were excited to see where The Dark Pictures Anthology would turn out.
The second game, Little Hope was released during the pandemic which resulted in the game having to be played remotely. Due to restrictions with the online multiplayer, only two players were able to play together.
The third game, House of Ashes saw the Allies return to an in-person stream and the Allies each controlling one character. This stream along with their 2021 Halloween Party was part of the Spooktacular Streamathon 2021 benefitting Gamers Outreach. The Anthology will culminate with the "season one finale" fourth game, Devil In Me, set to release in 2022.
